I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did in helping us plan our recent tour to Vietnam.  Your suggestions of what to see and do, as well as the tour guides you provided were excellent.  I would particularly like to express my appreciation to Phong, our guide in and around Hanoi; Sinh, our guide in Hue and Hoi An; and Mr. Long, our guide in HCMC and the Mekong Delta.  They were all very knowledgeable, professional and a joy to spend time with during our visit.  The drivers of the vans were also extremely capable and kept us safe and on time.  I know that I can speak for our group of five in saying that you exceeded our expectations.
