Thank you very much for your message. It was very nice to meet you while we were in Hanoi. I hope you had a very nice holiday with your friends and family. It was special for us to be in Vietnam at the time of Tet and we really enjoyed the festive atmosphere and the many flowers decorating the cities.

We were absolutely thrilled with the services you provided us at Tonkin Travel. We felt extremely reassured travelling in Vietnam having already booked our hotels and flights with Tonkin and we were most satisfied with your choices of hotels. Every hotel was perfect and the location of the hotels were ideal. We loved our experience on Bhaya Boat (boat 1) as well. We had a wonderful stay in Vietnam largely thanks to your involvement in the planning of our trip. I have already forwarded your information to my travel agent here in Montreal so he can use your services for personal and professional planning. Our travel agent (André) recently travelled to Vietnam and he fell in love with the country, so he is sure to make a return trip and was very grateful to receive your contact information. I will also recommend you to my friends and colleagues travelling to Vietnam.

Many thanks once again for accommodating us when we were not able to arrive in Chau Doc as planned and we had to miss our night at the Victoria Chau Doc. We greatly appreciate the fact you removed the charges for the hotel and the visa fees.
