Dear Nhung,

Last week we returned back home after our journey through Vietnam. We would like to thank you for organizing the tour for us. Everything was really perfectly organized by you and worked very fine. We saw a lot of interesting and impressive things during our journey  we always would like to remember.

The hotels were all fine, also that one in Cuc Phuong National Park.  As you had said, it was basic, but it was all clean and had the  facilities required (and we had known, that it was not a luxury hotel). Only the Hotel in Bach Ma was not fine. Originally it seemed to be a nice hotel at a nice place, but we think, they had great problems with water damage at the time we were there. The  Lavender hotel in HCMC, we changed, was a good choice and of good quality, if someone has no problems with rooms without windows.

All the drivers and the guides were always on time. Because you have asked especially for a feedback about the guide in the south, we want to mention, that the guide we had in the Mekong-delta (I am sorry that we do not remember his name) was the one who's English was the best of all guides we had (he told us, he was a teacher before he became a guide). But with the others, communication worked well.

Thank you also once more that you have made it possible within a  short time that we could stay some more days at the Ho Tram Osaka resort in Ba Ria Vung Tau, where we had nice days to relax at the end of our journey.

Good luck for you and Tonkin Travel

Robert & Gabi
