and local specialties in every region and town. There is special "Royal" cuisine any number of specialties for breakfast
or Tet (Lunar new year), summer or late at night. With ancient traditional values still guiding the balance of ingredients,
the balance of the table and the aesthetics of the whole meal, the smells and the look of the food is a treat in itself -
even before you take a bite

(even on some of the Halong bay junks) all with different menus and features and most including a guided market
