Hi Ly,

We are back in New York and settled after our trip.  We had a wonderful time and we want to thank you for making such nice arrangements for us.  The Quoc Hoa, the Ginger and the Hoi An Riverside were all great.  We hope to return to Vietnam one day.  The country is beautiful and the people are so friendly.  I also wanted to tell you that Phong was a great guide - we all liked him and saw him again at the rest stop coming back from  Ha Long Bay.  (I made an error tipping the driver coming back from Ha Long Bay.  I gave him  too small a tip.  I wasn't thinking right doing the conversion from dollars to dong.  Please apologize for me.)  

We did have one bad experience in Hanoi.  Naomi's bag was slit and her wallet was stolen at the night market.  Miraculously the police found the wallet and were able to find us to return it and it had everything but the money inside.  We were able to quickly forget the experience and move on and have a great time.
