I'm sorry it's taken so long to send this email upon return to London, things have been hectic since we've got back from holiday!

Just wanted to say thanks very much for your excellent service with regards to making plane, hotel and boat bookings for us.  We've been really impressed with the help and assistance you provided throughout the booking service ie. prior to, during and even whilst we were on holiday.  You gave great advice and everything was exactly as you said it would be.

We were especially pleased that you took the time to call the Dragon's Pearl and then organise for us the transfers from Hue to Hoi An and then back to Danang.  This showed your dedication and brilliant work ethic to make sure customers are happy with the end result.  We were really grateful for this.

We've written a review on Trip Advisor regarding yourselves (under JATO), which no doubt you've seen.  It has lead to a number of other people also adding good comments, so I'm pleased that you've got some good publicity!
