I would like to express my thanks in helping to make my recent trip to Vietnam such a success. All the services you supplied were as described and I particularly enjoyed the Ha Long Bay trip. The Hai Long junk, of which I had little or no information about, was perfect for me. The boat itself was very comfortable and the staff very attentive and in all it was the highlight of my trip.

The Van Loi hotel in Hoi An was also an excellent choice and I think you should continue to recommend it to your customers. This was one place I would have loved to stay longer and I hope to return there next year with my family, the staff were great and the location excellent with good rooms that were quiet and spacious, the breakfast terrace was a highlight.

All in all I had a great time although it was over much too quickly, I hope you have much success in your business and I will certainly recommend your services to anyone I meet who is planning a trip to Vietnam in the future.
